Before <before three-part facial contouring + nose surgery> Before <before> Before <before> Before <day 17> Before <current> Before <current> As of today, it's day 22.
I took the photos with the basic camera, so it looks a bit less slimmed down, but in real life it has become more slender. Unlike my previous review, the side-line double chin has also disappeared a lot.
The swelling is still at its peak in this order: cheekbones - cheeks - square jawline - lower jaw lolololol The chin tip is no joke ㅠㅠ It always feels like someone is pulling on it, telling me to close my mouth? lolol
I took two and a half weeks off work and went back, and for 3 days I walked 20,000 steps a day.... Seriously, after doing that, the swelling went down a lot haha.... I also do warm compresses every day after getting off work. If you work at a somewhat flexible company, are a full-time homemaker, or are a freelancing/unemployed person, I recommend doing warm compresses often.. Doing a warm compress and then going for a walk would probably be amazing...ㅎㅅㅎ
My coworkers are surprised and say I got really slim. Strangely, the reaction to the contouring is better than to the nose lolololololol My original face shape was square, so I guess it couldn't help but show.. sob...
Anyway, there are 6 days left until the one-month mark. Everyone knows that from week 2 after three-part facial contouring surgery, you have to do mouth-opening exercises, right?... I can now fit two fingers in...^^ My goal by next month is three fingers^^.... I need to go to the dentist...
Maybe the cavity I had ignored for years was badly decayed, because the swelling was pressing in from all sides, around the cheek, square jaw, and chin tip, and in week 2 just the cavity area cracked a littleㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It feels like my tooth alignment is being pushed slightly inward..
Getting the swelling down as quickly as possible and mouth-opening exercises. These two are very important..ㅠ For those with severe cavities in the molars, if the cavity is bad before getting three-part facial contouring, I recommend getting treatment before surgery ㅇㅅㅇ... Especially... really... molars, definitely...ㅠ If it's not a front tooth, definitely..ㅠㅠ Think carefully about getting treatment before surgery.. Like me haha.... don't panic because it cracks... Ugh.. it cracked vertically by 2 mm, haha... and the exposed tooth was pitch black... I really was too indifferent....ㅠ I'm reflecting..
Right now, my swelling is also going down unevenly haha The right side tends to be a bit more swollen.
