I went to a consultation with my boyfriend for his first nose surgery, and the coordinator spoke informally even though it was our first time meeting, which I did not like.. The coordinator's consultation was longer too. It felt like she was half a doctor^^; They connected us with the head surgeon, and the doctor's consultation was fine. But I went in not knowing any of the terminology or anything about nose surgery, so that was a little disappointing I am planning to visit about two more places to compare!
