It’s been about 3–4 years since I had nose surgery As a side effect, I developed rhinitis, so I can’t even sleep It’s been so hard that I’m looking into rhinitis surgery While my nose is already in a post-surgery state, would it be possible to just have rhinitis surgery and maybe alar reduction~? Redoing the whole thing would cost a lot and feels a bit burdensome, so I’m debating it
