I’m really 3 months post-op now, and I had my hump shaved down, the nasal tip lifted with septal extension, and the nasal dorsum filled with autologous dermis, but my nostrils still show a lot from the front It would be good if only my nostrils didn’t show, but in my photos right after surgery, my nostrils didn’t show at all. In cases like this, as time passes, will the nostrils stop showing from the front? I’m even thinking about a retouch, so I wonder if the visible nostrils can be adjusted with a simple manipulation Please tell me a method. I don’t want to have a major surgery where they open my nose again Because of my situation now…
