5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it kept bothering me. So I decided to get a revision, and I wanted a slimmer, higher straight-to-slightly-curved line than before. I had silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I think it’s more accurate to say they reshaped the overall line rather than just making it higher. There’s still some swelling left, but I can already see the line I wanted, so my satisfaction is high. I worried a lot because it was a revision surgery, but I also feel like I should have done it sooner… With the nose, height and balance both really seem important.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 I’m really glad I had my revision rhinoplasty
After my nose surgery, I kept hearing that I looked older, and the tip of my nose was set too long, so my face looked longer too. I really regretted having the surgery so much. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to have a revision, and
