I had nose surgery at D&A two years ago. It was my first nose surgery, and although part of it was that I wasn't able to convey my needs perfectly back then, after surgery it no longer suited my face. My nose also became quite crooked, the tip became extremely sharp with an obvious step, and the columella should have been reduced, but they only reduced the area around the columella so it looked like a long nose.. The bulbous nose correction also barely improved. At first I had a bulbous nose, then I put in nose filler and it got messed up, so I urgently looked into nose surgery and really regret having done it at the factory-style D&A. I'm now looking around for revision nose surgery..
