I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone, so I hesitated. Personally, I feel like keeping the protruding dorsal hump looks more natural, so I’m unsure. Do I absolutely have to have the dorsal hump shaved down..?
