Originally, when I first had nose surgery, I wanted an elegant-but-defined look, so I had surgery at a place known for doing that kind of line well, but there was basically zero improvement in my nostril wings or nasal tip. The first surgery cost quite a lot too, but nothing changed, so it felt like such a waste of money and time;; It wasn’t like there was a problem with my nose; I just didn’t like the aesthetics, so even if I got an AS revision at the same clinic, I was scared it would turn out the same again.. So I had revision surgery with the mindset that I’d rather spend more money and redo it at a different clinic. The issue was that a lot of places brought up rib cartilage, and it was divided into donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, so I worried a lot about which one I should choose..; I heard autologous costal cartilage recovery is a bit slower too, and what I was most reluctant about was the scar, so I ended up having surgery with donated costal cartilage Revision surgery: I had osteotomy, used donated costal cartilage, and replaced the silicone implant I had before. I also raised the overall height a little more, and I think this height fits me perfectly^^ Even though it was a revision, recovery didn’t take extremely long, and similar to my first surgery, the major swelling was gone by about a month, then the minor swelling gradually started going down after that. I thought everything had gone down at around six months, but there wasn’t a big change after that. People around me also say that after the revision, my features look better balanced, and they say my overall vibe has changed a lot too, so I’m genuinely satisfied Until before the splint was removed, I was thinking, I can’t believe I’m doing this again, but it really seems like joy comes after hardship..^^

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Male bulbous nose

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 It’s been about 4 years since my nose surgery
My nose wasn’t extremely low or small to begin with, and my complex was that it looked slightly broad from the front. Since my nose itself has some size to it lol, that part wasn’t really resolved, but I really like the…
