[1-Month Review After Implant-Free Rhinoplasty] This is my 1-month review after undergoing autologous tissue implant-free rhinoplasty (ear cartilage, septal cartilage) + nasal surgery to refine a bulbous nose, long nose, hump nose, nostrils & columella, and “osteotomy” at Obli Plastic Surgery~! My original nose had a hump, and since my eyebrows are also thick and my facial contours are quite structured, my features looked strong, which stressed me outㅜㅜ Also, my nasal tip was round, so every time I took photos, it bothered me and I felt like I could only see my nose. In the end, I wanted to shave down and lower the bumpy nasal bridge and make the nasal tip more defined, so while looking into rhinoplasty, I ended up having implant-free surgery at Obli! It has just been one month now, and during the surgery, when I woke up from sedation in the middle, that was a little hard.. Still, I felt good about it because it seemed like a safer method than staying under sedation for a long time. After surgery, everyone says it is hard because the cotton packing makes it difficult to breathe.. but I usually breathe through my mouth a lot anyway(ㅠㅠ), so I did not feel that much discomfort.. Even though I had an osteotomy, I had almost no bruising, and after the splint was removed, the swelling was not severe either, so I met friends in week 2 after surgery and they did not even noticeㅎ A change only I know about..^_^ The ear where cartilage and dermis were harvested was actually a little uncomfortable, but that also became okay after about a week. The crooked-looking appearance from the front improved a lot, and the nasal tip was shaped nicely too. What was surprising was that my nostrils actually became more symmetrical than before surgery!!! In reviews from other plastic surgery clinics, people said asymmetry got worse after surgery.. but that was not the case for me, so I found it fascinating. There is almost none now, but I hope just a little more swelling goes down! If you want natural-looking implant-free rhinoplasty, I recommend Obli Plastic Surgeryㅎㅎ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 I got non-open Angel Nose at Nana and wrote a review
My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
