Is it called functional rhinoplasty (deviated septum?)? Are there many people who had rhinitis surgery done at the same time too? Since I’m getting surgery anyway, I’m wondering whether I should do functional rhinoplasty all at once as well. I’m torn because some people say they saw a lot of improvement after functional rhinoplasty, while others say it had no effect
