I live outside Seoul and run my own business, so it’s hard to set aside a full day, and I never had time to go around to multiple places for in-person consultationsㅠ I felt like I might never get my revision surgery at this rate, so I did a ton of online research. I also had quite a few acquaintances around me whose results turned out well, so I fixed my choice on one clinic and had surgery right after the consultation on the same day.
Thankfully, the hospital atmosphere was very kind and friendly, which was nice. In particular, the director gave an extremely thorough consultation and clearly understood both the design I wanted and the problems with my original nose. My trust went up 100% at that pointㅋㅋㅋ ㅠ
On the day of surgery, there was definitely swelling. I think it was because I’m naturally the type who swells easily, but even so, compared with my first surgery, it seems less swollen.
You can see the swelling going down clearly week by week, right? As soon as the splint was removed, the swelling started to go down quickly, and people around me and the staff I work with said the line was coming out well, so I felt relieved ㅎㅎ
When I had my first surgery 10 years ago, it was done with septal cartilage, but my crooked nasal tip and nostrils were so asymmetrical that it was obvious to the eye. With this revision surgery, it seems like they’ve been completely improved.
Before my revision rhinoplasty, I often heard that I looked older, but now I hear a lot that I look younger and that my impression has become softer too, so I truly feel like I made the right decisionㅠ
Since I run my own business and deal with people, I really care a lot about my appearance. After the revision surgery, there are even people who occasionally ask me which hospital I went to because my nose turned out so wellㅋㅋㅋ
Getting genuine compliments from others makes me feel like it really did turn out well, and I just hope the shape stays like this. I need to get my eyes done too, and I’m thinking about going here for that as well ㅎㅎ
