I’m 6 months post-op, and when I asked the clinic where I had it done about cartilage showing through at the nasal tip, they said trimming or full removal is possibleㅠㅠ Has anyone here had ear cartilage or a support strut (autologous costal cartilage) trimmed at the nasal tip? I really like the line and my nose, but if I trim it, will the nasal tip drop a lot? Is there anyone whose cartilage showed through again after trimming?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
