Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Refund for nasal inflammation

I discovered inflammation just 2 weeks after my revision rhinoplasty, took antibiotics for 2 weeks, and had the silicone removed 4 days ago, at the 1-month mark. Originally, before surgery, we had agreed to remove it through a closed approach, but when I came out, it had been done as an open surgery. The doctor said he couldn’t see well during surgery, so he did it open. (If it had been done closed as planned, that would have meant one less incision, so I’m seriously furious.) Even today, day 4, the pus hasn’t improved at all, and it actually seems worse, so I went to the clinic. Then the doctor said that, in his opinion, the support strut built with autologous costal cartilage may be poking the inside of my nose, allowing bacteria to enter the wound, so the autologous costal cartilage in my nose needs to be removed. But it’s only been 4 days since surgery, and including the removal, this would be my 4th time under sleep anesthesia in one month, with the columella opened 3 times. So he said he would think about when would be best to remove it. From my perspective, before surgery I had no issues at all with ear cartilage + silicone, but now I’m going back to a state worse than that, and on top of that I want to be compensated for the autologous costal cartilage scar, nasal scar, time, medication costs, revision surgery fee, and everything else. If anyone has experience with surgery refunds or compensation, please leave a private comment ㅠㅠ I’m so upset and feel like I’m going to develop depression ㅠㅠㅠㅜ
