5-month review after natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery

While retaking the college entrance exam multiple times, I developed serious appearance-related anxiety, so as soon as the exam was over, I got surgery right away. The reason I had surgery was that my original double eyelids had several folds, so they looked messy, came undone easily, and fluctuated a lot, which I really hatedㅜㅜ Also, the inner corner on one side drooped a bit, making my eyes look sharp and close-set. On days when my double eyelid came undone, that made the asymmetry stand out even more. But it wasn’t that I strongly disliked my overall facial image or my original eyes, so I worried a lot that if I got surgery for no reason, it might go wrong and I wouldn’t be able to go back to how I looked before. I went to consultations at 4 places, and this clinic was my first consultation, but after visiting all of them, I booked the surgery there on the same day. That’s because all the other places recommended medial epicanthoplasty or upper epicanthoplasty, and one place had an insanely long wait, but the consultation ended so fast it honestly felt like 1 minuteㅠ But here, from the start, they told me my eyes were not suited for a high crease line, and because the distance between my eyes was narrow, I shouldn’t get medial epicanthoplasty. They also told me that if I wanted a more glamorous look, I might feel a bit disappointed. So I trusted them so much. Fortunately, I only wanted to improve the exact things that bothered me about my existing eyes, so their aesthetic fit me really wellㅡㅜ In the end, I’m very satisfied so far. It doesn’t look obvious at all, my old face is still there, but my eyes got bigger and the inner-corner drooping was corrected, so I’m much more satisfied than before. I recommend it if you like a natural look. But if you go during peak season, the wait is a bit long.
