I originally liked the double eyelid on my left eye, so I didn’t really want to touch it, and that’s why I proceeded with surgery on only my right eye. From the start, my goal wasn’t to make both sides completely identical. I wanted to keep the feel of my left double eyelid as it was, while creating a similar line naturally on the right side as well. Especially on the right side, my double eyelid had overlapping folds, so that part always bothered me. So I had the surgery in a direction that cleaned up that line and matched it a little more naturally. Even though the height and shape are similar, the operated side is darker and more defined. It also looks prettier lol. Even though both sides aren’t perfectly the same, my overall impression looks much more refined, so I’m satisfied, and I do feel a little regretful that I only did one side. I also think maybe I should have done both sides (people around me told me a lot that the operated eye looks prettier lol). As of day 27, the major swelling has gone down and there is some minor swelling. As the swelling goes down, the height is becoming more and more similar!! For those who are considering surgery on one eye, I think you’ll be satisfied if you have the surgery while keeping in mind that the intensity of the two sides may be different. Since my goal wasn’t to make them completely identical, I’m satisfied even now, but my original natural eye looks a little less lively? That’s how it feels. The operated eye turned out so well that if it loosens later, I want to redo both sides lol. After the surgery, it’s easier to open my eyes, and my habit of lifting my eyebrows to open my eyes has been corrected. More than anything, the overlapping folds were cleaned up, so my impression looks better. This is my self-paid review of asymmetrical eye surgery at Jenna Plastic Surgery.
