Real review of double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty at ReEye

Hi, I got buried-suture double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty at ReEye! There weren’t many reviews here, so I searched a lot right up until the surgery, but why does everyone disappear right after posting a review or not write one at all? ㅜ So~ I came to write a review because I want to help. First, I had surgery on 3/14, so it’s been a little under two months! I had narrow-forehead, close-to-the-eyebrow, clam-like sunken eyes. I had already had buried-suture double eyelid surgery in an inline shape about 7 years ago? The line had lowered, and one side was half undone, so I was worried because it had become a double crease. My desired look was in-out, and I wanted slightly round eyes like Hong Young-ki, but my eye conditions weren’t exactly very good ㅠ ㅜ First, during the consultation, the pretty consultant with big eyes was so kind, and the wait time was short, about 30 minutes. The clinic was smaller than I expected, but it didn’t feel like people were packed in. Maybe they manage reservations well so they don’t overlap? The order was consultant - director - consultant. I briefly explained my desired look to the consultant, and the director examined my eyes. Unlike the two other places I had visited before, there was no rushed feeling at all, and they were so kind? I told them I wanted epicanthoplasty very slightly because of my Mongolian folds, that I definitely wanted upper epicanthoplasty because my eyes looked stuffy, that I wanted lateral canthoplasty if there was enough space, and that I definitely wanted lower canthoplasty because I wanted to get rid of the clam-like look. They said they would do the epicanthoplasty and upper epicanthoplasty only very slightly, about 0.5, and that they didn’t recommend lateral and lower canthoplasty because there wasn’t much space. And I also mentioned incisional double eyelid surgery because I was worried it might come undone again, but they said they didn’t particularly recommend it. Since I was doing it anyway, I didn’t want to have regrets, so I said I really wanted the lateral and lower canthoplasty too ㅎㅎ I also liked the line they designed for me. But the price was expensive ... There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and after thinking about it enough, I scheduled the surgery. Since it was revision surgery, rather than gambling on a roughly done factory-style place, I wanted to do it properly even if I had to pay more!! On the long-awaited double eyelid surgery day, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to say all my opinions when they designed it before surgery, so I organized in advance in a PPT everything I was dissatisfied with about my eyes, the eyes I disliked, and the eyes I wanted, and showed it to them. They did a simple design, then after I went in, they designed it in more detail. But they looked at my eyes so, so carefully and thoroughly that it reminded me of that Reel where a doctor does a nose surgery and looks at it like an artwork ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ wait, no..? Anyway, they kept designing while having me lie down and sit up, and even during surgery I could feel that they were doing it very meticulously ㅠ After the surgery was all finished, I iced it for a bit and went home. I did get conjunctival edema because of the canthoplasty, but I had already been informed about it, so it was okay. I think I’m the type who swells a lot. For real, legendary puffiness.... As time passed, the swelling went down well and I was so satisfied. I’ll upload photos rather than explain in words! I went again a month after getting the stitches removed, and maybe because I hadn’t washed my face well, I had milia? near the inner corners of my eyes, and they removed those cleanly too! Good, I’m so satisfied. It only allows 10 photos. I’ll post the super detailed version on my blog, and when I upload it, I’ll leave it in the comments. But it’s such a hassle lol...
