I had revision rhinoplasty, removed the implant used in my first surgery, and basically had the whole surgery redone from scratch I had silicone put back into the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip I decided on donated costal cartilage. I also redid the correction for my bulbous nose, and since my nose was short and upturned, I had columella and nasolabial angle correction together as well. I also had alar lift surgery for the shape of my nostril wings. After the revision surgery, the line became so pretty, and especially the philtrum angle became much more defined, so I’m satisfied with that part too I had it done by Director Han Sang-cheol, the head director at a plastic surgery clinic.. It’s like my nose was reborn, right..?;; I’m so relieved
