Failed second revision rhinoplasty: removing the silicone and leaving the nasal tip alone, or recorrecting the cartilage

Hi everyone Even during my first nose surgery, my nasal tip was too pointy and looked slightly crooked, and sure enough, 2 years later it became crooked, so I paid to get an after-service revision at the same hospital. But this time, fluid collected in the place where the crooked silicone had been? .. I don’t know if fluid collected in the capsule, or if they removed the capsule, or if it just filled an empty space ㅠ They drained the fluid with a syringe, I took antibiotics, and when they did a bacterial culture, they said it wasn’t bacteria. And now 2 months have passed, but the area where the fluid collected is still a little swollen, or should I say hard, and it’s protruding like a hump? This probably won’t get better even with time, right? Sigh.. They said after 3 months they could scrape out more of the capsule, or for now let’s wait until 3 months and see. I think they’ll do the after-service revision, but I’m really torn about whether it’s right to get the after-service revision at the same hospital after 3 months to scrape out more of the capsule, or whether I should go consult at a hospital that specializes in removal and pay to have it removed ㅠㅠㅠ Is there anyone here with the same experience or any recommendations .. I’m so depressed (。•́ - •̀。) ㅠㅠㅠ
