I originally wanted to remove all of the septal cartilage, but during consultation I was told some has to be left for safety. But if I say it only like that, isn’t the communication too abstract? Leaving as much as possible is safer, so they could leave much more than I expect. For now, I’m planning to bring photos/videos Photoshopped from my current shape to the shorter shape I want. Are there any other ways to communicate this?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
