My removal surgery is already next week, and for now, during the consultation, we decided to proceed with complete removal. But I’m not removing it because I like my original nose. I’m doing it because my nasal bridge and septal extension are a bit crooked. My original nose was naturally on the low side, so if I get everything removed this time, I feel like I’ll definitely end up considering revision surgery later. I can’t decide whether I should ask them to leave at least the nasal tip, or just get everything removed and think about revision surgery later. What does everyone think?
