I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty and getting anxious on my own ㅠㅋㅋ

I’ve had an L-shaped silicone implant in my nose for about 15 years.... As more time passes, I’ve been getting pimples on my nose sometimes, and the tip of my nose has been turning red more often, so I got scared it might be a silicone side effect... I’ve been looking around and going to consultations, and they said contracture hasn’t happened yet ㅠ I want to remove only the silicone, but my original nose was so small and low that thinking it’ll get even smaller than now is frustrating too (it was done so, so subtly, so my nose is still small now and people have no idea...ㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ) They said if I’m going to have revision surgery, it’s better to do it quickly before contracture happens... I’m thinking I’ll go to a few more consultations next week and the week after, then decide. The places I went to would do the revision with an open approach, but I want a closed approach, and there aren’t many, so that’s another concern.. (After that, I found one place that says they do closed revision surgery and booked a consultation ㅠ) They said it would be good to use autologous costal cartilage, so I’m looking into it, but the price ranges are all over the place. Part of me wants someone to spoon-feed me the information, and part of me thinks I need to know a lot so I don’t get taken advantage ofㅜ I guess everyone works this hard researching every time before getting revision surgeryㅠㅠㅠ I’m anxious, so I’m writing this ㅋㅋㅋ
