Leaving the donated costal cartilage support strut in place (Has anyone reused donated costal cartilage?)

I’m thinking of removing the silicone and leaving the support strut in place. One clinic said everything has to be removed, and the other 4 clinics said it’s okay to leave it in. I want to go with one of those 3 clinics, but their methods are all different, so I’m really torn about what’s right. I’m curious about everyone’s opinions too, so I’m writing this.. (Please help) (For my first surgery, I used silicone/donated costal cartilage/septal cartilage)

Clinic 1 - Remove the silicone and donated costal cartilage, leave the support strut using septal cartilage (ear cartilage if needed, but is ear cartilage usually used for a support strut?)

Clinic 2 - Remove the silicone and donated costal cartilage, do not leave a support strut, and build up the nasal tip using the septal cartilage that had been used in the nasal tip to raise it

Clinic 3 - Remove the silicone, keep the donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage support strut as is, trim the height, and use it (It’s my first time hearing anyone suggest reusing donated costal cartilage.. so I do wonder if that’s okay)

That’s the situation. While going to consultations, what I found strange is that some places say my septal cartilage is in there as the support strut, while others say only the donated costal cartilage is the support strut and the septal cartilage is in the nasal tip?? If that’s true, then there probably wouldn’t be enough size to build a support strut with septal cartilage like Clinic 1 said ㅜㅜ I’ll ask the hospital where I had the surgery again about this!!
