It’s been 3 weeks since removal, and I don’t know if it’s the area where the silicone was pressing, but the part I circled is puckered and depressed, so it won’t come back up. It looks like it was pressed hard with a stamp, and in person I can clearly see it in the mirror even from far away. So the step-off with the nasal ala looks really severe. Even though I had it removed only 6 months after my first surgery, I don’t know how that awful doctor inserted the silicone, but after taking it out, it looks like this. Since it’s the area where the septal cartilage is, I wonder if it’s not coming back up because it was compressed, or if this is happening because quite a bit of septal cartilage was removed and I’m about to get a saddle nose. I’m getting so anxious I can’t even sleep. Has anyone had a case like mine?? The removal clinic seems to have done the surgery well, and I think it’s a problem from the first-surgery clinic ㅠㅠ Please don’t ask me about the removal clinic.
