Contracted nose: removal or reconstruction?

I developed nasal contracture, so I’ve been going to consultations to either remove the silicone or have revision surgery, but I’m having a hard time choosing a clinic ㅠ Could anyone share their experience? I’d be really grateful for any advice if you have experience with whether it’s better to remove it first and reconstruct afterward, or to remove it and do the revision surgery all at once ㅠ My situation is that I currently have silicone in my nose, contracture has developed, and during my first surgery they shaved down half of my nasal bone because they said I had a hump and were putting in silicone ㅠㅠ They also said my septum has collapsed a lot..ㅠ I had consultations at 7 places in total. 2 said to do removal only, then surgery 6 months to 1 year later. 3 said to do revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. 2 said that because the inflammation wasn’t caused by the silicone, I should put silicone in again. I’m not even considering silicone, and I’m deciding between revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage and removal followed by a third surgery. Worrying about inflammation is so stressful that I do want to do it safely, but they said if I only remove it, it’ll look like a saddle nose, so I’m worried about my social life ㅠ But one of the clinics that recommended removal said they would take out the implant and do cartilage.. repositioning? Something like that, and another place said they would just remove it and do nothing else. But I also heard somewhere that with a contracted nose, if you only remove it, it can keep lifting or contract again, so it needs support, and now I’m worried whether it’s really okay to do nothing..ㅠ But this place seems to be fairly well-known these days, you know?? Anyway, would it really be okay to just remove it and do nothing else? Or since it’s not acute inflammation, if I do the surgery all at once with autologous costal cartilage and take antibiotics, could the contracture still come back?
