Has anyone had surgery with crushed ear cartilage removed, or is looking into removal?

Is there anyone here who had surgery where crushed ear cartilage was injected into the nasal tip and has had it removed, or is looking into removal? They said it was closed surgery, recovery was fast, and they pursued a natural look, so I got drawn in and had the surgery right away. It was my first surgery, and my nose was really normal and not particularly flawed, so I thought of it lightly as just slightly touching up the nasal tip, but the result is honestly a total disaster. I don’t know if it was because they raised it too much or because of cartilage tying, but my nose became pinched, so I had an early correction at week 2. They lowered the height, so the side profile improved, but from the front, the pinched shape is still severe. I’ve completely lost the image of my face, and I’m living in hell every day. On top of that, the doctor confidently said the philtrum looks prettier when it’s short (his own aesthetic preference), and that he also lowered the columella on his own. I never wanted that, and we never talked about anything like that during the consultation. I want to remove everything, but because the pinched nose is so severe, even if they undo the cartilage tying, they said it won’t just go back on its own, and that they would need to do cartilage repositioning and inject more cartilage to spread it out again.. ? If it were just silicone, maybe, but since it was crushed and injected, I feel like removal will be harder. Why didn’t I know this before surgery? The saying that I could be the 1% who gets side effects really..
