Then does the nostril show more because the nasal tip naturally lifts up? I’m so stressed because of this and want to have it removed. If I remove it, could the nostrils become less visible, similar to before? I’m also curious whether, after removal, the pointed nasal tip can return to being rounded like before, assuming it’s removed within 1 year after the first surgery.
