During my first surgery, the silicone was placed too high, so the skin on my nasal bridge became very thin. I can’t even pinch the skin on my nasal bridge. It’s stuck tightly down.. I also developed contracture at the nasal tip. So I went for a revision consultation, and the director suggested putting in silicone. When I said I was worried it would show through because my skin is too thin, he said he would place AlloDerm? or something like that over the silicone. But no matter how much I searched in this community, I could find cases where dermis was used together at the nasal tip, but I couldn’t find any cases where silicone + dermis were layered together on the nasal bridgeㅜ Has anyone here had it done this way? Could you please share even the smallest bit of information? This is so hardㅜ.. I’m also curious how anyone with a thinned nasal bridge handled revision surgery

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
