I decided on this revision rhinoplasty not as a simple touch-up, but because I wanted to balance the overall proportions. I was especially bothered by the area where the connection between the nasal bridge and the nasal tip looked awkward. During the consultation, Director Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery explained the proportions and lines in detail, so I trusted her and went ahead with the surgery. After about a month, most of the major swelling had gone down, and although the nasal tip is still firm, the line itself already feels like it has settled. More than anything, I’m very satisfied because it gives an overall refined impression without looking overly flashy. I think trusting and leaving it to the design direction she explained during the first consultation was the best choice, and the natural yet well-proportioned nose line I wanted came out well, so I’m very satisfied so far.
