I had my hump shaved down without a silicone implant, had donated dermis placed, and used donated costal cartilage for the septum plus ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip. If I remove all this, I’m wondering if it will go back to a droopy Squidward-like nose again. Since the hump was shaved too, I can’t even get a sense of what my actual nasal bridge height isㅠㅠ Or has anyone here had removal done in a way where they left only the support strut, or something like that???
