Photo 1: before removal (silicone + autologous costal cartilage + I didn’t know, but they said there was septal cartilage in the nasal tip too lol) Photos 2, 3, 4: after removal (day 2 to day 7) Photo 5: 5-6 days after removal (with makeup on) ————— I had the removal done at S.S.Y., and I had the silicone + nasal tip material removed, but left the support strut in! (The capsule was removed) The reason I had them removed was because of an inflammatory reaction to the silicone To be honest, I wasn’t sure it was definitely inflammation, but my nose started swelling or turning red suddenly more often, so I thought it would be better to take it out than live shaking with anxiety like this, so I just had it removed But when they opened my nose, they said the capsule was normal, so it seems it wasn’t severe inflammation.. My one-week review is that I’m pretty satisfied in my own way••? The bridge of my nose really spread out like crazy lololol but since I didn’t remove the support strut from the nasal tip, it’s sharper than my original nose••ㅠㅠ It’ll probably come down more from here! Still, it’s better than my original nose, so I’m satisfied.. With makeup, my nose looks pretty nice lol I really hope the contracture phase doesn’t come..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
