It was my first surgery, done without an implant (ear cartilage + septal cartilage). A strut was placed while the deviated septum wasn’t corrected, so for over a week I’ve had nasal obstruction on one side + a foreign-body sensation.... I went to the clinic, and they said swelling does have some effect, but since the septum is bent, it could remain even after all the swelling goes down. They said they can do early removal or correction. I’m really torn. What should I do? I don’t know if I can endure this foreign-body sensation for 3 months.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
