I had my first surgery in January, and I don't have inflammation or contracture. I'm planning to have it removed at the 10-month mark. They shaved down my hump slightly, and the nasal tip was raised quite a bit. Realistically, how close can it go back to my original nose? I'm really depressed, and now that I look at it, my original nose looks so pretty. I also want to do alar cartilage repositioning to get it as close as possible to my original nose.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
