I need to have my entire nose implant/material removed, but I also had osteotomy and alar reduction done, so while getting everything removed, I want to restore both of those too, you know? But there aren’t many places that do restoration, and when I looked at the ㄷㅌㅈ website, it seemed like they do it, so I want to go there. But it’s not a hospital specializing in removal, so would it be okay?? Everyone here who has experience at ㄷㅌㅈ, what is the director there like? It’s not a removal-specialized hospital like ㅍㄹㅁ or ㅊㅁ that get mentioned here, so would it be okay,,
