Hello. I’m trying to arrange surgery for my mother’s contracted nose, but I don’t have any related knowledge or connections, so I’m asking here. She had nose surgery about twice due to an accident when she was young, and she says about 15 years have passed since her last surgery. At present, she says she continuously smells an implant odor from her nose (a smell like burning plastic or vinyl), and nasal discharge does not come out at all on one side. Perhaps because of that, she also says she keeps having headaches. I’m looking into surgery for this, and the hospitals I personally found are roughly: 1. ㅈㅇㅈ 2. ㅇㄴㅅㅌ 3. ㅁㄷㅇ 4. ㄱㅇㅅ That’s about it.. Hospital No. 1 apparently had a medical accident.. It does seem like a specialized hospital for contracted nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but after seeing that accident case, I’m debating whether to exclude it from consideration. If anyone has had a case similar to my mother’s or has experience with this surgery, I would be truly grateful if you could recommend a hospital.
