Nose Re-Surgery

I'm thinking about removing my nasal tip graft, please leave comments!

I had surgery without an implant, and had donor costal cartilage used in the nasal tip, plus correction for a bulbous nose, short nose, and nasolabial angle! The shape itself turned out natural and okay. But compared to before, breathing feels a bit stuffy, my nasal tip is hard, and I'm worried that if I accidentally bump it, it might even break.. I feel somewhat satisfied, but every now and then I suddenly want to remove it My original nose was very bulbous and short, so if I remove it, will it go back 100% exactly like my original nose? If I take out the donor costal cartilage, will the nasal tip just become lower again from here.. or could it droop, or rather become excessively short?? Even though I had bulbous nose correction, if I take it out, will it spread out roundly again? I haven't really had any inflammation yet, but I'm scared that maybe inflammation could develop after removal.. This is so stressful...... If anyone here has removal experience or knows a lot about it, if you see this post, please think of it as saving a person and leave me one comment+ If anyone had nasal congestion after rhinoplasty and got better after removal, please let me know!
