Every night, the inside of my nose swells up, my nose gets blocked, and my nose turns red. Is this just mucous membrane inflammation? I also have a slight stinging feeling. I went to an ENT and got medication, and I’ve been taking it for 5 days, but I’m not really sure it’s getting better... Since it’s spring, pollen allergy, rhinitis... This is the first time this has happened over the 3 springs since my surgery, so I’m scared... Does anyone’s nose turn red every night??? Seriously, why is this happening? When I asked the plastic surgery clinic, they did say it seems to be due to mucous membrane irritation, but it was a non-face-to-face consultation, and last time when the pain was bad, they just said that from the outside there didn’t seem to be a problem, so it wasn’t inflammation, and sent me away... so I’m wondering if that’s really right
