First of all, ever since the splint was removed, I’ve never once thought it looked pretty.. I had rhinitis surgery + functional costal cartilage + silicone for the nasal bridge, 1 mm-3.5 mm (I was told it’s the type that’s lower at the top and higher at the bottom) + ear cartilage. I have a bulbous nose, short nose, small nose, and my skin is on the thicker side. I understand that I had alar reduction, nasal tip, nasal bridge, osteotomy, and alar reduction or so, but I heard that if you have an osteotomy, the nose can completely collapse when everything is removed, so I’m worried- I wrote it like this last time, but I’m so upset that I’m thinking about early removal, early correction, early removal, early correction.. Can you tell me about similar cases or experiences? I’m attaching my original nose and surgical nose, but for now I want to remove the silicone completely, and I’m still debating about the nasal tip.. Everything above is what I wrote before, and now on day 11 after surgery, rather than feeling like I’m so ugly I want to die, my midface looks much longer than before (I think it looks a little less so in the photo). Will it get better once the swelling goes down..? There aren’t many days left for early correction I don’t know whether I should exchange the silicone for something lower, remove it completely, or wait and see.. I organized all the pre-op photos and immediate post-op photos in my previous posts, so if you look at them, please share your opinion just once

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 12 Would it be simple to put only silicone back on a nose after removal?
I had inflammation in my nose, so as soon as 6 months had passed, I left the nasal tip as it was and removed only the silicone. But after removing it, it was manageable enough, but being human, as time passed I started thinking about it…

I want to have everything removed exactly around the 6- to 7-month mark.. Of course, I know that not everything can be done just because I want it.. But I heard that popular hospitals famous for removal require you to book even the…
