For example, if my original nose is 1 and my surgically altered nose is 2, would it be possible to completely remove the silicone or replace it with dermis, and for the nasal tip, leave only part of the support strut or reposition the remaining cartilage, so that the final nose ends up around 1.2 to 1.5..?
