I had inflammation in my nose, so as soon as 6 months had passed, I left the nasal tip as it was and removed only the silicone. But after removing it, it was manageable enough, but being human, as time passed I started thinking about it again .. For now, during my first surgery, they rasped/pushed down my nasal bridge to place the silicone, so it’s wide, low, and broad-looking, while only the area near the nasal tip is pointy, so the shape looks funny .. It feels broad and then gradually comes together .. Would it be possible to simply place silicone through a closed approach?!
