My first surgery was done with silicone, and for the revision, I had the silicone removed and had it done elsewhere using autologous dermis from my buttocks (with the existing ear cartilage). But the autologous dermis got absorbed too much... my nasal bridge basically disappeared, so I had a consultation this time at a clinic, and they said we should put AlloDerm under the autologous dermis on the nasal bridge (leaving the autologous dermis as it is and placing AlloDerm between the nasal bone and the autologous dermis / since I said my only concern was the nasal bridge, they suggested not opening the bottom and only making an incision at the top). It’s a method I’ve never heard of before, so I’m worried whether this is okay... If anyone has clinic reviews or post-surgery experiences, please share your opinion ㅜ.ㅜ I’m wondering about reviews of that clinic, whether AlloDerm is okay, and whether there are cases of putting AlloDerm under autologous dermis...
