I had removal done through an open incision on the columella side. But the columella was positioned incorrectly, so I want to open the columella again and have it positioned properly. When would that be possible? It’s been over a month since the removal now I have to go back to work soon too, and after paying for nose implant removal, I’m upset because of nostril asymmetry
