From consultation to surgery and follow-up care, I was impressed by the overall systematic process. For my eyes, I had incisional ptosis correction, with the goal of enhancing a clearer, more defined impression. For my nose, I was satisfied that they designed it naturally to suit the overall mood of my face rather than making it excessively high. In particular, during the consultation, I felt I could trust them because they accurately pointed out the areas that could be improved on my current face, rather than recommending excessive correction. After surgery, swelling management and follow-up checks have also been carried out carefully, so I am recovering steadily. Overall, my impression has improved so much that I can barely remember my face before surgery, and I am very satisfied.
