My eyes are kind of a typical problematic male under-eye case: lumpy under-eye fat, sunken anterior cheeks, and tear trough/Indian lines. If I want to fix all of these at once, what procedure should I get? Is under-eye fat repositioning alone enough? And where do men usually get under-eye fat repositioning these days.. I also want to preserve my aegyo-sal.
