What I was especially curious about was the fixation device called Endotine, and I liked that they said it firmly holds the skin and tissue and is naturally absorbed by the body after about a year, so there is less concern about a foreign-body sensation and you can expect a semi-permanent effect. While consulting, they carefully designed it by looking at a mirror and checking which parts of my face should be lifted to make my impression brighter, and I trusted them because it seemed customized. Since it is done in a tailored way, I felt confident it would settle smoothly without unevenness or step-offs, which I liked. I was satisfied after the consultation and even booked the surgery, and it seems like a great option for people looking for a clear method that is less burdensome than a full facelift.
