Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

I felt cheekbone reduction alone wasn't enough, so I refined my face shape with two-contour procedures at an oral and maxillofacial clinic: review

I had two facial contouring procedures (square jaw and chin tip) performed by Director Shin Hee-jin at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic. I had already had a one-part cheekbone reduction at another hospital before, but I kept being bothered by my heavy-looking lower face, wide front chin, and even the feeling of having a retruded chin. My face in rear-camera photos especially stressed me out so much that I eventually started looking into surgery. Functionally too, when I thought about my occlusion and my habits in using my jaw, I felt it would be better to refine everything at once. I think a big part of it was that I wanted to balance my face itself, rather than simply becoming prettier! Since I had experience with orthodontic treatment, I naturally looked more toward oral and maxillofacial surgery than plastic surgery. I trusted this oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic because it is well known as a hospital specializing in double-jaw surgery and facial contouring surgery!! From my perspective, I was looking mainly at facial contouring surgery, not double-jaw surgery, and I was more drawn to it because it felt like they considered both function and aesthetics. Many reviews also said not just that people became prettier, but that their occlusion and facial proportions improved too, so I decided without too much hesitation hahaha Personally, consultation style was important to me too. The consultation with the consultant was comfortable because she told me only exactly what was needed without unnecessary extras, and the director explained, while looking at the CT and X-rays, numerically how much things would actually change, so I felt like, ah, I can trust this and leave it to them haha. The fact that an anesthesiology specialist is on-site and that all the nurses are from university hospitals also quietly gave me a lot of reassurance~! I'm now 7 months post-op, and I really don't know why time is going by so fast lol. Now I live almost without feeling that I had facial contouring surgery hahaha. The swelling and sensation that I was worried about early on have naturally settled, so now there is almost no swelling, and I am doing well without any cold sensitivity or pain anywhere. I can also eat well without discomfort! I can get dermatology procedures without issue, resting my chin on my hand isn't much of a problem, and when I look at old photos, it's fascinating because I can feel that my impression looks more refined now hahaha. I'm especially most satisfied that my side line and facial proportions have become softer, and these days even people meeting me for the first time tell me my face shape is pretty, so it makes me feel good for no reason and taking photos has become much more comfortableㅎㅁㅎ Before surgery, I really worried a lot, but in the end, what satisfies me most is that I was able to improve both the functional and aesthetic aspects. If you're considering facial contouring surgery, I recommend Director Shin at the oral and maxillofacial clinic!
