Once I actually got it done, even with anesthesia I kept feeling a stinging sensation, but it was more tolerable than I expected, and it did not take long, so it was okay. Right after the procedure, my face had small bumpy raised areas and some redness, so I was a bit concerned, but after a day or two it naturally settled down, so it was not very noticeable. I felt the effect after a few days rather than immediately. My skin looked less rough and the inner dryness felt reduced, so makeup definitely pilled less when I applied it. Overall, it felt like my skin condition had stabilized.
