Nose Re-Surgery

Has anyone here had an early correction to lower their nose 2 weeks after rhinoplasty?

I’ve never thought it looked pretty after taking off the splint.. I had rhinitis surgery + functional rib cartilage + silicone for the nasal bridge (I heard it’s the type that’s lower at the top and higher at the bottom) + ear cartilage, and I have a bulbous nose, short nose, small nose, and my skin is on the thicker side. I understand that I had alar reduction, nasal tip, nasal bridge, osteotomy, and alar reduction, but I saw people saying that if you have an osteotomy, the nose will completely collapse when it’s removed, so I’m worried - I wrote this yesterday, but I’m so upset that I’m thinking about early removal, early correction, early removal, early correction.. Can anyone tell me about similar cases or experiences? I’m attaching my original nose and my operated nose, but for now I want to remove the silicone completely, and I’m still thinking about the nasal tip..
