10 years ago, I had silicone implant surgery and nasal tip surgery with a septal support graft. And 1 year ago, I had the silicone removed and had surgery where the septal cartilage grafted into the nasal tip was trimmed and placed back up again. But now my nostril looks like this. Ah, this happens when I inhale strongly through my nose while breathing; only one nostril collapses. Normally, both nostrils are the same size. What could be the cause of this,..? When I asked ChatGPT, it said nasal valve collapse or a deviated septum.. It suddenly feels like my nose is messed up. Has anyone here experienced symptoms like this?
