If you make a phone reservation, you can have a consultation with the director, but since I went in a hurry, I booked a consultation with the manager. The expertise was somewhat lacking, but still, things like whether I needed ptosis correction and whether an incisional method was necessary were no different from other hospitals, so I don’t think the consultation was exactly wrong. They do draw out the line for you, but maybe because they weren’t good at explaining, it felt like they didn’t properly understand my needs It was a little disappointing, so if I have time, I’d be willing to rebook for a consultation with the director, and I hope everyone makes a phone reservation for a director consultation before going.
