It was my first consultation for revision rhinoplasty, and I was very satisfied! I did have to wait a bit because the director’s surgery was running long, but the consultation manager explained everything well, and the director apologized and said he would take an even closer look for me so it was okay! And he explained how the surgical direction would proceed while editing a 3D image, and it was really fascinating and much easier to understand. He said that instead of only thinking about nasal height, it would be good to also improve the nasolabial fold depression so that the nose looks harmonious with the face after surgery, and I liked that point.. It is a method I have not heard about much, so I think I need to look into it a bit more, but.. Since it means they are paying attention to areas beyond just simple nasal height, I felt like I received a truly in-depth consultation. For my first surgery, I had hump osteotomy + silicone on the nasal dorsum + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but he said we should proceed with no implant for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge, after opening it up, if osteotomy is possible it would be good to do it, but if it seems not possible, he would not push ahead with it unreasonably! That price was with a review-discount condition, and the regular price was in the 9 million won range.
